SHIPPING INFORMATION

We are dedicated to meeting your delivery expectations, but please be aware that increased demand during festive periods may cause some delays.

To ensure timely delivery, we recommend placing your orders well in advance. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these busy times.

Our goal is to provide exceptional service, and we will do everything possible to minimise any inconvenience caused by delays.

Shipping times vary by location. Our standard shipping time is 7-14 business days for most regions.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please note that, due to free shipping, tracking may not always be available.

Tracking Status: “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”

For some shipping companies, tracking information can take 2-5 business days to update in their systems. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information available, please contact us at info@chestoftoys.com.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

Chest of Toys is not liable for incorrect addresses provided during the checkout process. Please ensure your billing and shipping addresses are correct before finalizing your order. If we make an error, we will fully take responsibility for the original order at no charge to you.

Incorrect Address

It is the buyer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address. Chest of Toys will not be held responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. We make every attempt to validate shipping addresses at checkout. If we cannot validate an address, we will attempt to contact the customer for an updated address. If an updated address cannot be provided, the order will be canceled and refunded.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it to the correct address, but the customer will be liable for the additional shipping costs. Alternatively, we can provide a refund, deducting the shipping costs incurred.

CUSTOMS

Chest of Toys is not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent to one or more packages being shipped to you and potentially incurring customs fees upon arrival in your country.
