Return and Refund policy

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping (Excluding outer box). Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@chestoftoys.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Wrong Address 

It is the responsibility of the buyer to enter the shipping address correctly. If the package gets lost due to incorrect address Chest of Toys will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it is recognised as a valid address. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

If the package gets returned to us due to incorrect address, we can reship it to the correct address, however, you will be liable for the accrued shipping costs, or we can provide you with a refund where the shipping cost will be deducted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
